Hur samlas uppgifterna in?Personuppgifter kan lämnas direkt av användaren, registreras av användarens arbetsgivare eller annan behörig administratör, eller skapas när tjänstens funktioner används, exempelvis vid in- och utcheckning.Vissa tekniska uppgifter kan behandlas automatiskt när appen kommunicerar med den tekniska infrastrukturen.4. Varför behandlar vi personuppgifter?Personuppgifter behandlas i den utsträckning som krävs för att:tillhandahålla och administrera e-Personalliggare,registrera och administrera personalliggare,identifiera användare,administrera användarkonton och behörigheter,registrera in- och utcheckningar och annan relevant närvaroinformation,administrera företag, arbetsplatser och personal,tillhandahålla kundsupport,förebygga missbruk och upprätthålla tjänstens säkerhet,administrera abonnemang och köp där detta är tillämpligt,fullgöra avtal, ochuppfylla rättsliga skyldigheter.Personuppgifter används inte för andra oförenliga ändamål utan en tillämplig rättslig grund.5. Arbetsgivare och företagskunderNär ett företag eller en organisation använder e-Personalliggare för att behandla uppgifter om sina anställda eller andra registrerade personer kan kunden vara personuppgiftsansvarig för behandlingen.Lehat AB kan i sådana situationer behandla personuppgifter på kundens instruktioner och agera som personuppgiftsbiträde.När så krävs regleras behandlingen genom personuppgiftsbiträdesavtal eller motsvarande avtal mellan Lehat AB och kunden.6. Tekniska leverantörer och tredje parterLehat AB kan använda externa leverantörer för att tillhandahålla teknisk infrastruktur, datalagring, drift och andra funktioner som krävs för e-Personalliggare.Tjänstens tekniska miljö använder OnSpace AI. Personuppgifter kan därför behandlas genom den tekniska infrastruktur och de underleverantörer som används för att tillhandahålla tjänsten.Vi kräver att tjänsteleverantörer som behandlar personuppgifter för vår räkning skyddar uppgifterna på lämpligt sätt och endast behandlar dem för tillåtna ändamål.Personuppgifter säljs inte till annonsörer eller datamäklare.7. Betalningar och abonnemange-Personalliggare kan innehålla betalda funktioner eller abonnemang.När köp görs genom Apple App Store hanteras betalningen av Apple enligt Apples egna villkor och integritetsrutiner.Lehat AB kan få tillgång till information som behövs för att fastställa exempelvis köp-, transaktions- eller abonnemangsstatus. Vi får normalt inte tillgång till fullständiga betalkortsuppgifter för betalningar som behandlas direkt av Apple.8. Lagring av personuppgifterPersonuppgifter sparas endast så länge de behövs för de ändamål för vilka de behandlas eller under den tid som krävs enligt tillämplig lagstiftning.Hur länge en viss uppgift behöver sparas kan bero på vilken typ av information det gäller och varför den behandlas.När uppgifter inte längre behöver sparas raderas eller anonymiseras de på ett säkert sätt, såvida fortsatt lagring inte krävs enligt lag.9. Radering av konto och personuppgifterAnvändare kan begära radering av sina personuppgifter genom att kontakta:info@epersonalliggare.seOm appen erbjuder användaren möjlighet att själv skapa ett konto ska e-Personalliggare även erbjuda möjlighet att initiera radering av kontot från appen.När ett konto raderas raderas även tillhörande personuppgifter som Lehat AB inte är skyldigt eller berättigat att behålla enligt tillämplig lag.Vissa uppgifter kan därför behöva sparas även efter en begäran om radering när detta krävs för exempelvis rättsliga skyldigheter.När Lehat AB behandlar uppgifter för en arbetsgivares eller annan organisations räkning kan en begäran behöva hanteras av den personuppgiftsansvariga organisationen.10. SäkerhetVi använder lämpliga tekniska och organisatoriska säkerhetsåtgärder för att skydda personuppgifter mot bland annat obehörig åtkomst, förlust, förändring, förstöring och otillåten behandling.Åtkomst till personuppgifter ska begränsas till personer och system som behöver uppgifterna för behöriga ändamål.11. Överföring av uppgifterOm personuppgifter behandlas utanför EU/EES ska lämpliga skyddsåtgärder användas när detta krävs enligt tillämplig dataskyddslagstiftning.Vilka tekniska leverantörer och behandlingsplatser som används kan förändras när tjänstens infrastruktur utvecklas.12. Radera konto och personuppgifter i e-PersonalliggareDu kan begära att ditt konto i e-Personalliggare raderas på två sätt:Logga in i appen och använd funktionen för att radera ditt konto.Om du inte längre har tillgång till appen, skicka en begäran till [SUPPORTADRESS]. Skriv "Radera mitt konto" i ämnesraden och ange den e-postadress som är kopplad till kontot. Skicka inte ditt lösenord.Vi kan behöva bekräfta din identitet innan vi genomför begäran. När kontot raderas tar vi bort de personuppgifter som är kopplade till kontot i den utsträckning det är möjligt. Vissa uppgifter, till exempel registreringar i en personalliggare, kan behöva sparas under en tid på grund av rättsliga skyldigheter eller arbetsgivarens ansvar. 2. Personal Data We Process
Depending on how the service is used, e-Personalliggare may process personal data entered by the user, an employer, or an authorised administrator.
This may include:

personal identity number or other identification information where such information is entered into the personnel register,
company and workplace information,
information about employees or other individuals registered in the personnel register,
dates and times relating to check-in, check-out and attendance,
information and notes entered by users or administrators,
subscription, purchase and transaction-status information, and
technical information necessary to operate, secure and communicate with the service.
The app is not intended to collect GPS location for its functionality.
Based on our current practices, personal data is not used for third-party advertising or tracking users across apps and websites owned by other companies.
3. How We Collect Information
Personal data may be provided directly by the user, entered by the user's employer or another authorised administrator, or generated through use of the service, such as when a person checks in or checks out.
Certain technical information may also be processed automatically when the app communicates with our technical infrastructure.
4. How We Use Personal Data
We may process personal data as necessary to:
provide and administer e-Personalliggare,
operate electronic personnel registers,
identify users,
manage accounts and permissions,
record check-ins, check-outs and relevant attendance information,
administer companies, workplaces and personnel,
provide customer support,
prevent misuse and maintain service security,
administer subscriptions and purchases where applicable,
perform contractual obligations, and
comply with applicable legal obligations.
Personal data will not be repurposed for incompatible purposes without an appropriate legal basis.
5. Employers and Business Customers
When a company or organisation uses e-Personalliggare to process information about employees or other individuals, that customer may act as the data controller for such processing.
In these circumstances, Lehat AB may process personal data on the customer's instructions and act as a data processor.
Where required, such processing is governed by a data processing agreement or equivalent agreement between Lehat AB and the customer.
6. Service Providers and Third Parties
Lehat AB may use external service providers for technical infrastructure, data storage, hosting and other functions necessary to operate e-Personalliggare.
The service's technical environment uses OnSpace AI. Personal data may therefore be processed through the technical infrastructure and subprocessors used to provide the service.
We require service providers processing personal data on our behalf to provide appropriate protection and to process such information only for authorised purposes.
We do not sell personal data to advertisers or data brokers.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
e-Personalliggare may offer paid functionality or subscriptions.
When purchases are made through the Apple App Store, payment processing is handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's applicable terms and privacy practices.
Lehat AB may receive information required to determine purchase, transaction or subscription status. We do not normally receive full payment-card information for transactions processed directly by Apple.
8. Data Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it is processed or for the period required by applicable law.
The appropriate retention period depends on the type of information and the purpose for which it is processed.
When information is no longer required, it will be securely deleted or anonymised unless continued retention is required by law.
9. Account and Data Deletion

Where the app allows users to create their own accounts, e-Personalliggare will also provide a way to initiate account deletion from within the app.
When an account is deleted, associated personal data that Lehat AB is not legally required or otherwise permitted to retain will also be deleted.
Certain information may need to be retained following a deletion request where required to comply with applicable legal obligations.
Where Lehat AB processes personal data on behalf of an employer or another organisation, a deletion request may need to be handled by the relevant data controller.
10. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, destruction or unlawful processing.
Access to personal data is intended to be restricted to authorised persons and systems that require the information for legitimate purposes.

Technical providers and processing locations may change as the service's infrastructure develops.

e-Personalliggare is a business and workplace-related service and is not designed or marketed as a service directed at children.

We may update this Privacy Policy when the service, our processing practices or applicable legal requirements change.
The latest version will be made available through our website and/or the app.
Delete your account and personal data in e-Personalliggare
You can request deletion of your e-Personalliggare account in two ways:
Sign in to the app and use the account deletion feature.
If you no longer have access to the app, email [SUPPORT EMAIL] with "Delete my account" in the subject line. Include the email address associated with your account. Do not send your password.
We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. When your account is deleted, we remove the personal data associated with it where possible. Some records, such as entries in a staff register, may need to be retained for a period of time due to legal obligations or your employer's responsibilities. We will tell you what information is retained and why.
